Dominika Tejada

Dominika Tejada, MA Applied Linguistics, specialized in education and Translating and Interpreting. Graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, Poland. Dominika is married to Leonardo since 2005 and they have seven children. She met Family Enrichment in 2010 in Barcelona Spain and has participated in the project since then. After moving to Ireland in 2017 she got involved in promoting FEI and together with her husband and other members of the committee, she has been running Family Enrichment Ireland.

Leonardo Tejada

Leonardo Tejada, Senior Industrial Engineer, graduate of Technological Institute of Buenos Aires. Leonardo is married to Dominika since 2005 and they have seven children. He met family Enrichment in 2010 in Barcelona Spain and has participated in the project since then. After moving to Ireland in 2017 he got involved in promoting FEI and together with his wife and other members of the committee, he has been running Family Enrichment Ireland.

Cristina Napolitano

Cristina Napolitano is married to Craig and they have 5 children. Cristina has served as a representative of the International Federation for Family Development to the UN advocating for a family perspective on policy making all over the world.

In addition Cristina is also a moderator on Family Enrichment Ireland’s Married Love program and has served as a moderator for the 2022 program.

John Kehoe

John Kehoe qualified in medicine in 1998 as a graduate of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. He practices as a GP in Nass. He is married to Jennifer since 1995 and they have six children. In 2007 they both attended the IFFD conference in Rome and afterwards with other like-minded couples they helped establish Family Enrichment courses in Ireland.

John trained as a moderator in 2012, and has spoken on several occasions at seminars and meetings on parenting and family life. John was one of the moderators on the FEI 2021 Married Love programme.

Nora Urrea

Nora Urrea currently serves as the National President of Family Enrichment USA and Vice-President of the International Federation for Family Development. She has been involved in promoting the Family Enrichment programs for over 10 years and has directed the program's expansion throughout the USA.

Nora holds an MBA from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA and in 2013 Nora received her Master’s in Marriage and Family from the University of Navarre in Spain. For the past 30 years, she has worked as an Administrator of Soledad Eye Surgeons Medical Group. She and her husband, Paul, have been married for 40 years and are the proud parents of five grown children.

Susan Giltner

Susan Giltner lives in Texas. She has been married to Mark for 27 years and they have seven children aged 23 to 9.

Susan has been involved with Family Enrichment for 13 years and is currently Vice President of IFFD. Susan was a presenter on the FEI 2021 Married Love programme.

Stephen Giordano

Stephen Giordano lives in New York with his wife Libby and their 7 children. He is the President and Founder of Day One Group, which specializes in leadership development, organization transformation through talent management, skills based training and the dynamics of interpersonal skills in management. His extensive experience coaching executives and managers has been recognized and sought by companies including Morgan Stanley, UBS, Roche Pharmaceuticals and BMW for issues ranging from career derailment to the development of future senior leaders.

Stephen has been a moderator with IFFD for a number of years and was one of the moderators on the FEI Married Love programme in 2021.
